We talk about hitting the inside part of the ball when we hit. Keeping our hands inside the ball ensures we get our barrel through the ball to make solid contact and to get as much power as possible.

  1. Place the ball on the tee.
  2. Line the ball up so that the seams make a horse shoe.
  3. When hitting, hit the inside seam of the ball.
