TRAVIS UNRUH– PRESIDENT
Travis serves as the President of Fusion and the Manager of National teams. He was a multisport athlete growing up playing football and wrestling into his high school years at Providence High School in Clarksville Indiana. After high school, he attended Purdue University West Lafayette and earned a B.S. in Construction Engineering and Management in 2000 and today he is the President of MAC Construction in New Albany, Indiana. Travis’s passion for both sports and developing youth has led him into coaching softball, football and baseball.

Cammie serves as the CEO of Fusion. Cammie grew up in Louisville playing high-level travel softball and graduated from Assumption High School. After high school, Cammie attended Spalding University and graduated with a degree in Nursing. Her passion and dedication to the sport and team development is overwhelmingly evident in her mentoring of the athletes.

LISA PINKSTON-Vice President
Lisa Pinkston has been involved in the Fusion organization since 2016 as a mentor, Board Member, VP, 18U Premier Head Coach, 16U Premier Head coach and 18U Premier team Manager. Coach Pinkston is a well-respected coach known and recognized throughout the Travel Softball and High School circuits with connections at the collegiate level. She is dedicated to developing each athlete to their full potential with the opportunity to compete at top showcases and tournaments throughout the region with maximum college coach exposure to obtain their goal of playing softball at the next level.

SEAN PAYNE
Sean Payne joined the Fusion Board of Directors in 2017. Sean is a well-respected coach known and recognized throughout the High School circuits with connections at the collegiate level. He has coached High School Softball for 19 years winning several Sectional and Regional titles. He has been the Head Coach at Floyd Central High School since 2016 and awarded the Hoosier Hills Conference Softball Coach of the Year in 2016, 2017 & 2018. Through the years, he has had several athletes graduate and continue their softball careers that the collegiate level. Sean also serves as the Assistant Parks Director for the City of New Albany.

MARK TORTORICE
Mark Tortorice joined Fusion in 2017 as an Assistant Coach to the 03-Chumbley softball team and in 2018 he joined the Board of Directors. Mark was also an Assistant Coach on the 11U Unruh Baseball Team for the 2018-2019 season. He has a lengthy background in baseball and softball. Mark played baseball at Grand Canyon University and then was drafted by the Oakland A’s to play Pro Baseball in 1985. He played professionally from 1985-1990 for the Oakland A’s and Chicago White Sox. In 2001 he started coaching youth baseball and softball. Thru the years he has instructed over 500 athletes from the youth to the professional level. Mark is very passionate about developing youth and helping them follow their dreams. He is a firm believer that athletics develops discipline, teamwork and life skills.

SVEND JANSEN
Svend Jansen joined Fusion in 2019 as the head coach of the 2011 team and in 2020 he joined the Board of Directors. Coach Jansen has been heavily involved in youth sports in Southern Indiana for the last several years, serving as Vice President of Softball at FC Little League since 2016 and Director of the St. Mary of the Knobs Youth Basketball League since 2012. Coach Jansen attended Indiana University in Bloomington where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Sports Marketing and Management. Svend moved to the Southern Indiana area in 2000 to work for the Louisville Bats where he served as Director of Public Relations. He has coached softball, baseball and basketball on multiple levels for 10 plus years.

RYAN GREENWOOD
Ryan joined Fusion in the fall of 2020. He is the National Director and coaches the 18U National team. Ryan also is a Board Member for Fusion.
Before joining Fusion, Ryan was with the Birmingham Thunderbolts organization for eleven years helping develop young athletes from around the country to compete on a national level and prepare them for their future as collegiate student-athletes. With over seventeen years of coaching and recruiting in travel softball, he has watched players continue to the SEC, ACC, Big Ten, Big 12, Pac-12, Sunbelt, SoConn, Conference USA, and SWAC with some of those players excelling and achieving All-Conference honors, post season awards and setting school records.
During his time with the Thunderbolts, his teams won the Triple Crown Sparkler, won the Atlanta Legacy, and finished in 3rd place at PGF Nationals. He also assisted with player development, college recruiting, scheduling, event management, game time strategies, scouting, strength & conditioning, softball camps, and provided assistance to other organizational aspects. Before working with the Thunderbolts, he served the Oak Mountain community on the board of directors for Oak Mountain High School boosters and OMYBS for the youth league where he coached softball and basketball.

LESELY ANDRES
Lesley joined Fusion 2014 as the program’s Financial Adviser. She is a CPA with experience in numerous fields of business and serves on various Financial Boards in the community. Lesley brings her financial expertise to the program overseeing the financials and maintaining the budgets. She has 2 children very active in middle school and high school sports which she is the team parent assisting the coaching staff. Lesley is passionate about the mission of the program to develop youth to their full potential and giving them opportunities to follow their dreams.

CHRISTY CONRAD
Christy joined the Fusion’s Board in 2015. She values Fusion’s mission to promote the development of the youth thru sports to teach discipline, teamwork, leadership skills and becoming successful members of the community. She grew up in the Southern Indiana playing sports throughout her childhood and into high school. Christy is the mother of 2 children that were very active in sports where she served as Team Parent assisting the coaching staff. Her organizational skills and dedication to the program has been a key part in the seamless growth of the program in just a few short years.

MARLEY SCHMIDT
Marley Schmidt joined the IFE 04 Unruh Coaching Staff in 2017 and the Fusion Board of Directors in 2018. Marley played travel softball growing up and at Jeffersonville High School. After graduation, she continued to play at the collegiate level at Harding University in Arkansas and Bellarmine University. Marley graduated in 2017 from Bellarmine University with a Bachelors in Exercise Science and Sports Performance. She brings her expertise in speed, agility, strength training as well as arm health management to the team.
