SVEND JANSEN– IFE 11 JANSEN HEAD COACH

Svend Jansen joined Indiana Fusion Elite in 2019 as the head coach of a new 2011 8U team! Coach Jansen has been heavily involved in youth sports in Southern Indiana for the last several years, serving as Vice President of Softball at FC Little League since 2016 and Director of the St. Mary of the Knobs Youth Basketball League since 2012. Coach Jansen attended Indiana University in Bloomington where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Sports Marketing and Management. Svend moved to the Southern Indiana area in 2000 to work for the Louisville Bats where he served as Director of Public Relations. He has coached softball, baseball and basketball on multiple levels for the past eight years and is excited about leading the next group of Indiana Fusion Elite players.
